Natural ingredients for sleep: We have carefully selected organic ingredients such as apple, verbena, lemon balm, natural flavouring, orange peel, hop flowers, tulsi, marigold, alchemilla, valerian and savory, enriched with 14.40% CBD isolate for maximum effectiveness.

Recommended daily dose: For adult women weighing between 50 and 70 kg, the recommended dose is 30 to 40 mg, equivalent to 1 or 2 capsules. For adult men weighing between 70 and 90 kg, 40 to 50 mg is suggested, equivalent to 2 to 3 capsules a day.
